Spanning an area of 198.51 square meters, the Utopian Bureau stands out with its open layout and neoclassical design elements. The space exudes a sense of warmth and style, integrating seamlessly with the base tone of industrial aesthetics. The ingenious decoration and non-parallel furnishing create a brand new style situation, instantly making visitors and employees feel at home.

What sets the Utopian Bureau apart is the unconventional construction process. Unlike traditional approaches, the ceiling and walls were first painted black, creating a striking contrast. The floor was then adorned with wood-colored wear-resistant boards after the pipelines were set up. By utilizing the available materials and carefully selecting appropriate color hues, the design team successfully achieved the desired warmth and stylish ambiance.

The wood tinge checkered wallpaper and carefully curated illumination further enhance the visual appeal of the space, creating a glamorous atmosphere. The Utopian Bureau is not just a functional office; it is a cultural gallery that seamlessly integrates work, art, and life.

The project, which took place in Taiwan from May to June 2017, presented several challenges. The designers had to repurpose materials from previous cases to meet the tight construction schedule. Despite these obstacles, the team successfully transformed the non-decorated space into a captivating office setting.

The Utopian Bureau has been recognized for its exceptional design. In 2020, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the Utopian Bureau's well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements.
